SHOW JUMPING SCHOOLMASTER / GRASSROOTS HORSE
I have known Havana since a 4 year old. As a 4 year old she was ridden by a 13 year old boy, who did all Pony Club Camp, rallies and teams with her, due to her unbelievable attitude to life. She was in a pony club home until she was 7 years old. She then came to me to be produced for show jumping. She quickly gained all her British Novice and Discovery double clears and started gaining her Newcomer double clears. She was then sold to a family home where she has been hacked and schooled, where she has come from now. She was originally imported from Holland.
Havana has 3 excellent paces, and is snaffle mouthed at all times. She has been cross country schooled in a snaffle and cavasson. She never gets strong or silly. She has auto changes and is extremely well balanced. She does not ride big at all.
She is very easy and rhythmical down to a fence, and has a lot of scope, and would love to get back show jumping again. She is never spooky at fillers, nor does she find distances short for her size.
She is an excellent hack. Anyone could hack her out. The other day I hacked her out and someone was cutting down a tree with a chainsaw and she walked straight past and didn't even flinch. She will canter behind or in front in an open field.
She is the most loving, easy horse to have a around. She is very easy to shoe, clip, bath etc.
