16.1 2006 ISH mare by First of Many (3* Eventer). Bean is a beautiful elegant all rouder- she has impeccable ground manners, hacks alone r in company, showjumps well (was DC 3rd in a Scope Qualifier in her first outing in >1yr), goes cross country (good with ditches, water, steps, etc etc), would do a stunning dressage test or working hunter/lightweight hunter, a perfect ladies hunter or brillian eventer. Snaffle mouthed at all times, she is forward going but very responsive and loves to please. She hunted for all of last season and was perfectly behaved- stands at the meet or for the hip flask, travels beautifully, jumps ditches, rails, 5ft hedges, logs etc with no issues and never a day of lameness or soreness even after the heaviest toughest days out. Good with hounds and happy to stand alone or travel aone, would whip in.
Easy to do in all ways- can be clipped, shod, studded, bathed or plaited without a headcollar. Loads perfectly onto a lorry or trailer. Not at all spooky or silly in a showjumping ring. Very low mileage , so still in british novice. Would suit a competent rider coming off of ponies onto horses, she is a fun, forward but genuine ride who always looks after her rider. I cannot express how much of a pleasure this horse is to own, she has never bitten, kicked or reared. She can pop a buck in when fresh but this is not in any way dangerous, it is purely a 'yippee!' excitement buck. She also has a cloudy covering over one eyeball, however this has been proven by several vets not to be anything worrying whatsoever; it does not affect her in any way and has not changed in the slightest in the 4 years we have owned this wonderful horse- I am more than happy to offer my vets contact details in order to speak to our vet about it. She is a truly beautiful, lovely horse who really is at the best she has ever been, who is very sadly for sale due to me not having enough time to do her justice and it's not fair on her- she would thrive off of a pony club/showjumping/eventing/hunting home. She deserves to be doing so much more than I can give her.
