Laine Pye, or Bruno as he is known as at home is an honest, super safe, experienced confidence giving horse who really enjoys his job. 15.2 h, 15yr old skewbald gelding - ISH.
This gentle, happy horse joined us when my daughter was just 11, she stepped up from her 13h pony straight onto Bruno at 15.2 h. They have enjoyed 4 very happy years riding at pony club, NSEA events through to BE90 together. Bruno and Millie recently qualified for the NSEA Schools Championships (90cm) in September and came 5th at Pony Club area eventing this year in the 90cm at Nunney.
Bruno has 3 correct paces and is an uncomplicated and sensible jumper around courses up to 95cm. He loves XC – has been clear XC at every event this season and would be great for tetrathlon/hunter trials, reasonably forward going.
Easy to hack, happy on his own or with company, rock steady in traffic. Excellent in stable; nice manners. No vices, good with farrier, vet, loading, travelling, turning out, catching etc; no medical issues - small windgall on front left fore – never caused any problems.
This gentle, sweet, sane horse is part of the family, a true gentleman– for sale to an approved home due to my daughter wanting to step up to the next level.
Ideal for someone who wants a lovely straightforward easy horse who just wants to have some fun, the perfect step up from pony to horse, or for an older rider to enjoy. Ideal mother/ child share.
