Genuine, Fun, horse with a lovely workman like attitude towards schooling, jumping & hacking. Timmy is compact & close coupled, with a fantastic temperament, easy to please, he's the same at home as he is away at a competition, making him a lovely horse to have around. Timmy will hack on his own or in company anywhere, with either a teenager or adult. He's unfazed by traffic, ridden on a busy road up to the village, through local beef farm, with large machinery & animals.
Equally he's well behaved in large open spaces. Timmy has three lovely, flowing, balanced paces, working well laterally, medium trot, canter, responsive to the aids without being sharp. Timmy loves his jumping, training at home over a course of 1m SJ. He has a lovely technique always wants to keep the fences up. Similarly he loves his XC, proving bold, but careful over ditches, water, banks & skinnies. Timmy has recently seen hounds Autumn Hunting. Always ridden in a snaffle for three phases. Timmy has been competing at BE 80, 90 & 100. Consistently providing smart dressage tests scoring : BE - low 30's & 26.8 Unaffiliated Dressage - Prelim 74% Novice 68% Also jumping DC gaining high placings & winning. * ASKHAM BRYAN - BE 80 26.8 DC - 1st * RICHMOND - BE 90 32.8 DC - 4th * SHELFORD MANOR - BE 90 34.3 DC - 4th His record speaks for itself, he has the potential to be very competitive as a Badminton Grassroots Finalist BE 90/ 100 or a top quality Riding Club/ Pony Club allrounder for someone to enjoy & have fun on.
Timmy is easy to do & catch, will turn out on his own or in company, no vices, he will travel in a lorry or trailer, on his own or in company.
