Gelding 15 years 17.1 hands I have had Sox (Billy Banta) for 6 months over the summer to take the pressure of our other horse but sadly University has got in the way and due to time and cost he is looking for a new home.He has evented all summer with 5 places on BE100 open - sadly I spoiled his record by falling off in his last run & at Skipton I got worried about the ground & after a bad SJ round (my fault) I retired but we have had a very fun summer.He has 3 super paces for the dressage phase achieving scores in the 20's. Show jumping is honest & scopy and with very little BS winnings he could happily show jump through the winter at whatever level. He is super XC giving a great feel being bold but strong and will get you out of trouble.He would be ideal to show someone the ropes eventing at grassroots upwards. He has evented up to 2* and there is no reason why he couldn't go back to that level with the right rider but would be equally suitable to introducing or giving confidence to a lower level rider & help them up through the levels.I am wanting a super home for him as he's such a lovely horse to do - easy both in & out of the box. Hacks alone & in company. Good to shoe, catch, clip etc.He is currently based at Livery near Hartpury College with good trial facilities. He's fit and ready to BD/BS & Hunt over winter - which I will do until sold.Only serious enquiries please as this is a hard decision.
