Bobby is an absolute dream all rounder loved by everyone who knows him. Since owning Bobby he has shown me the ropes at BE90 level eventing taking me clear around every cross country course I have challenged him with at this level. He is a complete superstar and will do a sub 30 dressage followed by a solid show jumping round and will always fly cross country proving brave and bold. Nothing phases him from ditches, to light to dark, water etc etc. Bobby was the first horse I got back onto after having a baby at the end of 2015 and this year we have focused mainly on BD with him scoring up to 71% at Novice level. He has qualified first time for the Area Festivals at both bronze and silver and competed at Field House Area Festival where he looked after his very overwhelmed rider being completely unphased by anything. He is a horse who rises to the occasion and has a real 'look at me' attitude at shows being completely attentive to his rider. He has three very straight and correct paces which judges always comment on and is exceptionally obedient. He has a very good technique over a fence with an excellent back end and is completely unphased by fillers, flags or anything you may come across in the show jumping ring. He is a big softy on the ground standing to be groomed/cuddled all day being 100% in every way. He travels in any trailer/lorry with no bother, I usually compete on my own and know that he will be well behaved. He will stand tied to the lorry all day with no trouble at all (at Solihull BE a horse got loose and galloped up to him and he just shared his haynet!). He hacks out perfectly on his own or in company and will go for canters with no silliness. He has hunted previously in Ireland and would definitely show. He has absolutely no vices and is fit, sound and ready to go out and have fun with. A 5* home is required for this absolutely golden horse, you just don't find horses like him every day. In absolutely no rush to sell and now the event season has finished Bobby will do some hunting with the Four Shires and the BD combined training series. Bobby's BD and BE registered name is Craan Bob. His most recent results include a double clear 6th place at Norton Disney BE90 on 23rd October. Very genuine reason for sale as rider wishes to move up the levels. Open to any vet/trainer and happy to release all veterinary info. Great trial facilities at Hargate Equestrian in Hilton, Derbyshire.
