I bought Keel just backed as a 4yo and together we have progressed up the levels competing at the 6yo champs in 2010 and progressing to intermediate in 2012 and our first 2* together. In 2013 we were aiming at Blenheim 8/9yoCIC3 but sadly I broke my arm on a youngster which put a stop to that plan. Keel retired due to soundness issues in 2014 after the 2* at Barbury Castle.
In 2016 he was looking very sound in the field and returned to competition at BE100 level after a few successful rounds and looking sound and happy he finished his last event of the season with a 2nd at Novice. He will campaign at 1* level this season.
