Kilcannon Coolguy is a traditionally bred Irish Sport Horse by the Thoroughbred Loughehoe Guy out of the ID mare Conlon's Lady by Agherlow. He is an 8 year old liver chestnut gelding standing 17hh. He was bought by us at the end of 2013 with 11 points and he completed his first CIC** at the end of 2014 at Ballindenisk. He now has 24 BE points and was 3rd in his Intermediate section at Burgham last time out. He received a slight injury at his first competition in 2015 and has been given plenty of time to recover as he is a big horse and still young. He is now ready to go on this season and is entered at Somerford. He is a bold, genuine cross country horse who has really benefited from this year's training with Chris Bartle. He is a delight to do in the stable and has no vices. He loves and benefits from lots of turnout and is easy to keep. He is not a suitable ride for a novice as he can be spooky when fresh. He can be seen and tried at Yorkshire Riding Centre.
