Sumba is a lovely 6yo, 16.3hh liver chestnut by a reg’d ID (Diamond Design), who successfully showed and jumped as is typical of his line. He is out of Step to the Music who won and placed in showing and working hunter classes at RDS, working hunter and sidesaddle classes at Balmoral. Broken as a 4yo and then hunted quietly, he is a very friendly character, mannerly out hunting, snaffle mouthed and loves attention. Competed this year in his first unaffiliated event with dressage of 22, and clears sj and xc - enough to win! He has so far been foot perfect when competing and learns quickly. He has a great attitude and thrives on work.
He has striking looks standing, under saddle and moving, nice comfortable paces and a good jumping action. Lovely to handle, easy to clip, shoe, load, etc.
