Tiger is an 11 year old ex racer out of ALHAARTH. I’ve owned her for the last three years where we’ve been successfully competing at 90cm. Tiger scores well in all three phases of eventing: in dressage she is a real head turner with three flashy paces consistently scoring well- she’s placed at every unaffiliated dressage event we’ve entered this year. Cross country is Tigers best phase, where her racing background comes into play, where her large open gallop means she rarely has time faults. Tiger is happy jumping ditches, water and drops, paying them no attention. Tigers show jumping requires a confident rider as a typical mare, if she doesn’t feel your leg there she can be cheeky.
ROR eligible and has placed 3rd and 1st in their unaffiliated event series. Has hunted as was foot perfect, standing within the group and no care for the hounds. Has done pair hunter trials. Bombproof to hack alone or with others. Good to catch, clip and bathe. Does wind suck but have used a collar/cribbing gel in the past which does stop this behavior. Lovely little mare, and unfortunate sale.
