Oscar is a stunning 8-year-old gelding who has already competed up to 1.40 Grand Prix level and will without a doubt jump further. He is bred to jump being sired by the great Diamant de Semilly out of a mare who jumped up to Grand Prix level herself.
He is both brave and careful with endless scope, he rides beautifully on the flat, has exceptional paces, and is a very straightforward ride.
He has competed and placed in numerous 1.35 and 1.40 Grand Prix's and was recently double clear in the 1.40 in the main ring at Hickstead.
He has been slowly produced by an amateur rider and has not been overjumped.
He is sound and has no veterinary issues.
Oscar would be a great addition to any rider's string and would be ideal for an amateur or younger rider looking to jump some bigger tracks.
He is sadly for sale as rider is going into final year at university.
