Description
Rider producing young sports horses and hope to produce and compete to top level.
I grew up in a very horsey family my mum rode to a very high level dressage and did the music for Olympic riders dressage to music tests. She and my dad also raced in Singapore it was there that my dad started playing polo and now he runs Tidworth polo club with my sister Jessica. Before getting into polo Jessica was on the pony and junior British dressage squads. I was always more interested in jumping and always rode as many different horses or ponies I could. My parents moved to Badgworth equestrian centre when I was 10 and we did it up from a crumbling wreck to a thriving competition centre and I loved to help wherever I could.
After university I went to work for Kate Tarrant eventing where I produced and broke in young horses for eventing and did there first events on them. I then went to Paul Schockemohles in Germany where I competed and produced young showjumping horses. After that I went to Castle forbes stud in Ireland where I produced show jumpers for Jessica Kurten. I then decided to come home and start up my own yard which I have been building up and building up the quality of the horses. I'm now starting to expand the breeding side of the business as it's something I have a keen interest in and love for as well as competing and teaching.
