Andrea has ridden in three Junior European Championships, three Young Riders European Championships, and two Seniors Europeans. Team silver in Pau and paced 15th individually at the Sydney Olympics.
In his youngest days back in Italy, he was one of the only four selected riders employed by the Italian Federation to ride the horses that used to represent the Country. Based in Rome (Pratoni) for 5 years he gained a huge amount of experience and he was lucky enough to be trained by the best trainers available, from whom he picked up a lot of knowledge.
Based in the UK since 1996, although now orientated towards the Show Jumping discipline, he is a well-known trainer, producer, and "scout finder" for Event horses.
Always welcoming talented horses to produce for owners and talented riders to coach.
Andrea is also a qualified instructor, equal to BHSI standards.
