Description
Andrew Robbins is a Grand Prix rider and UKCC level 3 Coach who has ridden and trained at all levels from grass roots to Grand Prix. Andrew started his training at Catherston Stud where he enjoyed the best possible start and the best possible schoolmasters. Horses like Dutch Bid European Young rider team horse, Joint Venture Badminton horse and even Dutch Gold Jenny Loronston-Clarkes World Cup Grand Prix horse. Andrew then moved to train with Matt Hicks and Peter Storr expanding his experience with horses of every type and level. Since leaving full time training Andrew rose to Group 3 status in only three years as a competitive rider and made the 2008 Home International squad competing for England. Andrews goals for the future are for success at Premier League and qualify for international competition. All this whilst supporting a manageable number of clients to a very high standard with personal and flexible training solutions. Andrews goal for the future is to compete in young horse classes on clients horses and take them as happy athletes to GP. Expand on his UKCC level 3 before fulfilling his ambition to become a listed judge.

After spending last year successfully building a new client base and setting things up on the new yard, for 2017 I will be setting out with a new string of horses to compete. Fantalis (4yo stallion) will be taking his first steps in the dressage arena in Q2 prior to taking on the YH classes in 2017. Then Chello (owned by Carola Shtydle) will be moving up through the levels from Novice alongside Carolas gelding Riley. Another new horse DonJazz owned by Lynn will also be starting his dressage c |
