Caroline Martin Eventing has a rare and unique opportunity to join CME as the Sales Horse Program Managing Director in a paid, live-in role! This one of a kind position will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations for one of the top sales horse programs in the country, from both a horse care and administrative standpoint. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside a professional, proven team, in addition to many great working students. Examples of equine related duties include grooming, tacking and caring for horses, driving truck and trailer to shows, assisting at events and beyond. Examples of administrative program oversight include managing imports from overseas through arrival, organizing paperwork and care logs, creating content for promotion such as photos, sale videos and general information. Sale horse program numbers typically range from 10-30 depending on time of year. QUALIFICATIONS * Knowledge of high-performance Equestrian sports. * Grooming experience and knowledge of equestrian sports in particular English disciplines. * Knowledge of horse importation preferred but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. * Attention to detail both while working with the horses and in the office. * An exceptional level of organization in all aspects. * Proficient understanding/experience using social media platforms, in particular Instagram and Facebook. * Ability to conduct self in a professional manner and work with a team. This is a client facing role and you will be exposed to many customers, sometimes multiple in a single day. * Basic Video editing experience a plus.
