Description

Enlightened Equitation Teacher (level 4) & Classical Trainer

Kay is a classically trained Enlightened Equitation Teacher (EET) - Level 4, former Yard Manager & Assistant Trainer to Heather Moffett (founder of Enlightened Equitation) with a wealth of background knowledge & experience spanning almost 40 years.

My early background was mainly in eventing & dressage, I also have experience in hunting, racing (NH), studwork & remedial schooling. The latter I specialised in for 15 years, following the teachings of Monty Roberts/Kelly Marks & Intelligent Horsemanship.

I became involved with Enlightened Equitation in 2011, learning about French Classical Equitation & attaining my EE teaching accreditation. In 2018 I moved on & returned my focus to teaching on a freelance basis, bringing together my years of experience & knowledge.

I offer ridden tuition on your own horse, long reining & in-hand lessons. I am available for clinics & yard visits. I am also an HM Saddle Fitter.
