Description
Hi. I am an international show jumper having competed at CSI 3 star level so far... and get to travel to some lovely shows through out Europe and the U.K.
However I first sat on a pony when I was about 4 and started having lessons around 6yrs old. I was then allowed my first pony (Rosie) at 10. I then joined the Flamstead pony club where I fell in love with eventing and learnt most of what I know today. From there I started British Eventing and was quickly onto to the winning junior jrn team and then into young rider European squad, being 1st reserve with Felix the cat and eventually on to the team the following year with Joli Figaro. .
Unfortunately a serious accident resulting in a smashed pelvis and broken back prohibited my chance to compete at the Europeans. Since then I have been working my way back to the top level. I managed to fulfill my child hood dream of competing at Burghley horse trials- 3 times..
I have since changed disciplines to show jumping (because of a series of silly injuries made me not ride at my best cross country). Which I enjoy immensely. I would love to be able to compete at the top of the game and finally gain my Union Jack that I missed out on. I would also love to have a go at the Hickstead derby.
On a different note I was extremely lucky to take part in the Cheltenham festival st Patrick's day Derby race on a fantastic horse called Gifted Leader, who stormed round for a clear victory. So I can add Cheltenham win to my list!

My next big show will be Bolesworth international. However I will try and get to the Rutland show. I then will be hoping for some more international show in September, as I have my wedding in August. But will be ticking over at one day shows in the mean time. |
Owners and sponsors |
I am lucky enough to have my family involved in my horses. My mother Mary co-owns my top horse Baltimore and my dad co-owns Deja vu. And one of my many brothers has a leg in a couple of my youngsters.
I am being supported by scarab jet boats uk which is a fantastic company selling fantastic motor boats.
I would always be open for more sponsorship.... |
