Description

Experienced coach in all 3 disciplines, with a number of years of teaching riders from Pony Club to Novice Event Riders; having a clear understanding of what riders have to deal with in every day life which can and will affect their competition experiences and performance. 

My ethos has always been focused on empowering riders by providing them with skills and exercises that they can take away and use at home and at competitions that fit around their lifestyles and work for them. 

I strongly believe that training to perform is a skill that goes beyond work in the saddle. There are so many influential factors that we as riders will experience everyday from dealing with "normal" life, preparing for competitions and competing itself to name just a few. All the lessons in the world won't necessarily help you to deal with the "bigger picture"- but it doesn't take the best sports man or woman in the world to be able to fulfill your expectations and get the most out of the sport that you love.
