- The 10 box Monarch American barn has been designed so that all the horses creature comforts are catered for. With rubber lined stables, automatic waterers, 2 warm wash bays, a grooming bay and solarium, it is all under one roof. The tack and rug rooms are heated, including a heated rug rail for drying cold/wet rugs.
- The monarch horse walker is positioned in a quiet area with lots of greenery and natural things for the horse to see. It is fully lined with rubber tiling and has a roof for wet days.
- The 20 x 60 sand, fibre and rubber arena has mirrors, and an in-built irrigation system to ensure the surface is always consistent, which is vital for hard working horses
- There is a jumping paddock with a range of natural and showjumping fences.
- The riding loop is great for warming up and down, it takes you across the fields, around the lake and through the woods.
- The 10 acres of all year round, post and rail paddocks are set up for individual turn out or paired turnout, they all have automatic waterers.

Onsite Professionals
Most recently Francesca Newman has concentrated on her competitive career, launching a number of young horses that have been in the pipeline in the UK and in Germany. She has owned horses competitively for 21 years, in that time she trained and worked with Jennie Loriston-Clarke and Jurgen Rask in Germany. She currently trains with Damian Hallam and takes a full holistic approach to the horses training and wellbeing, keeping work varied and stimulating.
Francesca is supported by Jo Burton who, with her showing background, is meticulous in her attention to detail and ensures that the horses care is beyond excellent.
