We are a quiet livery yard catering for all types of livery and training of both horses and riders. Livery Spaces Available Thurle Grange is a small but beautiful yard in an area of outstanding natural beauty located near Streatley, in West Berkshire. The 300 acre estate, which is situated at the bottom of the ridgeway, offers exceptional surroundings for off road hacking. Facilities include 20 stables and a 60×30 flexiride arena which we have not lost a day to with the elements since we installed it in 2012. There is a full set of showjumps and white dressage arena boards. We provide all year turnout and tailor livery to each individual horse ranging from assisted DIY through to schooling and rehabilitation services. We currently have a mixture of ponies and horses, youngsters and sales horses. There are also options for shared livery of horses and ponies already stabled at Thurle Grange. Caroline Lovejoy is our resident trainer. Our liveries find her vast experience, having trained in Germany and producing horses to the highest level invaluable. Tuition is available for the most novice of riders to those competing in high end competitions. She has her own horses competing internationally and has taken riders from young children through to competing on British teams. Tuition is available for the most novice of riders to those competing in high end competitions. She has her own horses competing internationally and has taken riders from young children through to competing on British teams. Davina Thawley has a background in show jumping, eventing and producing horses for sale, a keen horse woman who also owns part owns NH race horses and more recently has bred a number of youngsters ready to produce for sale.
