Ruby Tuesday is 7 year old bay new forest pony
We brought her 2 years ago for our then 10 year old daughter who has sadly outgrown her and I’m now wanting a bigger horse to share with her. Since then we have slowly produced her to become a total jumping machine although still low mileage with plenty more scope.
She is currently jumping 90cm affiliated discovery but with more work she will definitely go up a class to clear 1 metre courses.
Ruby is very well put together pony with 3 established paces and is well known and loved to the pony club as we are active members. We also represent the club in many team jumping competitions which sydoni (my daughter) and ruby came 1st individually recently from over 80 competitors at felbridge.
The pair have had numerous wins and always placed in top 3. They also came individually 5th at the big pony club event last year which was held at hickstead out of 140 plus riders.
The pair have regular weekly lessons and attend pc rally’s. Ruby has been to camp for the last 2 years where’s she behaves impeccably and also she will stand at shows for hours without a fuss.
Ruby is a very easy to do pony. Good to catch, good stable manners, loads, good to shoe and clip
She is a totally sane and safe, snaffle mouthed pony inside and outside the ring and I can honestly say she has never put my daughter in any danger. Because of her ability she is definitely a second pony although she lets my 10 year old and 5 year old plod around on her.
