Stunning 12hh Welsh Section B, 13 years old grey gelding.
I purchased Bertly just over 7 year ago for my niece and has been produced correctly by ourselves has always been ridden by children.
Bertly was first reg with BS in 2019 and has proven to be a true unicorn, low BS millage due to starting jumping later on in life, covid and balancing between horses & ponies but the best is still to come, he loves his work and always aims to please.
Bertly has been to countless pony club camps & rallies, qual for 2021 steppingstones, selected for the BS style & performance for the nationals of which he came 2nd out of a very strong field. He’s been a reliable pony for BS academy and PC showjumping a number of times, he was 3rd at Rockingham International, won a number of under 11’s. The last stay away show he was equal first every day in the under 11’s, cats and pipes and stepping stones, he won at the armed forces championship show this month.
He is always very consistent and a happy pony and is always admired and commented on at shows. He jumps water trays, banks, steps, xc and working hunter fences.
Hacks out alone & in company, good with farm machinery etc. never lame, sick or sorry, travels in a trailer & lorry, easy at stay away shows and he loves it, can be handled by any child at home or away
This is an extremely heart-breaking sale of a true unicorn as totally outgrown if we could make him grow he certainly wouldn’t be going anywhere, this much-loved pony will only go to an approved loving home and a little jockey who loves him as much as we do.
