Description

'My horse training program has evolved from methods passed down through generations of my family and incorporating my experiences working with thousands of horses and owners over the past twenty years. My mission is to produce confident, versatile and happy horses and empower riders of all levels and aspirations, from those wanting a safe hack to competition riders exceling in a range of disciplines.

In 2002, Jason settled in the UK and set up his business, Australian horsemanship. Jason and his team now handle over 150 horses a year, from professional riders, studs and private owners nationwide and he regularly receives referrals from vets, farriers, equine dentists and other equestrian professionals.

Some of the proffessionals Jason starts horses for include London Olympic Dressage rider Laura (B) Tomlinson, Polo Player Mark Tomlinson, Dressage rider Damien Hallum, Eventers Emily Baldwin and Bryony whittington and race horse traininer Jim Boyle to name a few.

Jason provides a wide range of horse training services. From starting young horses to re-training problem horses to specific issues that you may be facing such as loading training, Jason and his team can help you strengthen the relationship with your horse and get your training off on the right track.

Jason also travels nationwide for consultations and teaching clinics and is in demand for demonstrations, performing at prestigious national and regional events including Your Horse Live for the last 6 years.

More recently he has set up an online training website,  www.yourhorsemanship.com which includes over 250 videos and is designed to evlove with use. This site answers all your training questions and gives you direction and advice through its unique layout and interactive forum and webinars. This website is said to be among the best horse training websites in the world.

He also contributes articles on horse training and horse behaviour to national magazines such as Your Horse, Horse & Rider and Horsemanship Journal, to popular online sites Horse & Country TV and HorseHero, and blogs for Horse and Hound.
