Massage is the hands on manipulation of soft tissue. Using a range of techniques derived from sports massage in human athletes including compressions, miofacial release, static and dynamic stretches and effleurage to identify areas of tension, treat and provide after care advice to return the patient to peak performance.

I am a fully qualified practitioner in equine massage therapy for health and performance (EMABBC) with the Equine Massage Academy and LANTRA.
