Very big and careful jump - Brave and honest jumper - Enjoys his job and is ready to go and be competitive Percy is a 7yo, 16.3, ID x TB. He has low mileage for his age (full history back to breeder is known) and is now looking to find a forever home with someone looking to have some fun. He has no vices, he loads and travels well, he’s clean limbed and is open to any vetting.
Percy’s competed unaffiliated up to 1.10 and has gone to various training shows and arena hire. He is schooled nicely on the flat, although there is still some strengthening up to do, he is an easy and forgiving ride. He has clean flying changes and is regularly ridden by a young rider whom he looks after. He will be a top class jumping horse for someone to enjoy and produce up the levels, we’d love for him to find a competitive home. He is snaffle mouthed for everything and is never strong or silly.
He hacks alone and in company, however, he can jog a bit on the way home when in company. He is good to handle and do everything with on the ground, but he can still be a little nervous to clip (no sedation needed) so is looking for somebody kind. He is a good jumper and is also brave and confident out XC schooling, happily jumping water, steps, skinnies and ditches.
Percy is a smart, sound horse looking for his forever home and is only for sale due to a change in circumstances. No novices please as this horse still needs a hand to hold sometimes if he is going to progress as much as he can.
