Sambertino`s offspring have succeeded around the world with Professionals, Amateurs, Paralympians & Juniors in: Dressage (Grand Prix & Paralympic Medals) Eventing ( to Intermediate) Show Champions He is currently the Sire of 2 International Paralympic Team horses :- Papillon (Sambertino/ Zonneglans) - Individual Silver, World Championship Medal winner (Dutch team), Prix St George winner & dam of 3 foals (2013) Inspector Rebus (Sambertino/ Darwin) - 2012 Paralympic Games, Canadian Team member - placed 11th with 1A rider Jody Schloss. Prior to being sold to Canada, he was a US Prix St George winner & had also been Dutch Regional Champion for several years Sambertino is the only UK based 100 day performance tested coloured stallion where he placed 8th overall with a score of 113.99 for dressage out of 43 stallions on test (Neustadt-Dosse). He also matched his fathers Samber`s scores with maximum 10/10 for both temperament and attitude to work. Sambertino has been DNA tested as homozygous black (EE), so cannot throw any chestnut foals. Sire SAMBER (Pericles xx/ Ordonnans) was a tobiano KWPN Grand Prix Dressage & Grade A Showjumping stallion. His sire was a UK bred & raced TB stallion Pericles, & his dam was the outstanding coloured mare, Tina D (Ster, Pref, Prest), by Ordonnans. Dam sire WELLINGTON keur (Nimmerdor/ Lucky Boy xx). Nimmerdor was a KWPN Keur, Preferent, Holstein stallion & such was the quality of his offspring, that he was voted the KWPN stallion of the century.
