Primitive Fox II is a 16.1 hh chestnut gelding, his DOB is 25.05.08. His Sire is the famous Primitive Faerie Tale and his Grand Sire is Primitive Rising.
We bought him about 15 months ago and my 14 year old twin girls have both done numerous things with him. He has done BYRDS Clinics, Camps & Championships, he qualified for Sheepgate U25s where he came 2nd and in June this year he also qualified for the Pet Plan Area Festivals and is through to the final.
He has done all Riding Club dressage and won the qualifiers several times, at the championships at Lincoln he came 2nd, at the championships at Keysoe he came 2nd and Team 1st. His BD record shows many wins at Prelim with lots of 70+ scores and he is also doing well at Novice, and schools at Elementary at home.
He won the Riding Club Combined Qualifier and the BD Combined Qualifier at 80cm, he has also done well at Arena Eventing and unaffiliated show jumping at 80cm & 90cm. He has been on all the Pony Club Teams and came 4th at the Pony Club dressage championships at Cholmondeley. He has also been to Pony Club camp. He can be grumpy in the stable at times but still managed by children, and he is difficult to clip. He is a very quiet to ride, good to hack out and school in open fields.
He is good to shoe, catch, load and take to competitions as well as staying away from home, he doesn’t like to be tied to the side of the horsebox he likes to go straight back on the lorry.
